Kama Sutra or Tantra

The sixty-four arts of love = methods for inducing spontaneous great bliss. There are 8 basic arts which can be performed in eight different ways. In the Kama Sutra there is a reference on this subject, which has a very profound meaning behind the secret use of words.

I Embracing
1. Encircling like a liana (bending for a kiss and entwining)
2. Climbing the tree (feet on feet, arm across back, arm around shoulder and neck and kiss him)
3. Rice and sesam (rub and deeply entangled)

5. Squeezing the tights

II Kissing
Kissing on the brow, the cheeks, the throat, the eyes, a boys chest, a woman's breast, the lower lip and the tongue. In addition the tights, the joints, the armpits and the sex organ can be kissed.
1. Nominal (Nimittaka) Seizing her head with his hands, he applies his mouth forcefully on hers, but without violence.
2. Vibrant (Sphuritaka) He seeks to insert his lip into her mouth, but does not attempt to seize her mouth. Since her lips tremple, however, she does not allow him to seize her lower lip.

6. Reverse (Udbhranta)

8. The fifth hold (Panchama Grabana) A fifth kind of kiss is performed pressing the lips very closely, bringing the fingertips together and pressing the cheeks, then when pressing the lips together without letting the teeth touch.

III Biting on the lower lip
1. The discreet (Gudhaka) The teeth gently press the lower lip, so as to leave red marks that do not last
2. Impressed (Ucchunaka) Similar but the lip is bitten hard. On the cheeks.
3. Pointed (Bindu) On the cheeks. The mark left when a small piece of skin is seized between the teeth and pulled.
4. Necklace of dots (Bindu-mãlã). On the neck, the sides or close to the sex. Also on the forehead and the tights.
5. Coral Jewel (Pravãlamani) On the cheeks. When the same spot is squeezed several times between the top teeth and the lower lip.
6. Necklace of gems (Manimãlã) Coral Jewels marks in a line. On the neck, the sides or close to the sex.
7. Scattered clouds (khandãbhraka). A circle of irragular small tooth marks beneath the breasts.
8. The chewing of the wild boar (Varãha-charvita) A wide area of bites close to one another beneath the breasts forming a red center
