Pranayama, the practice of ancient yogic breathing techniques, consciously controls the flow of energy in and around the body. A regular, balanced pranayama practice increases prana (life energy), thereby inviting greater mental clarity, heightened healing potential and deeper self-understanding. Pranayama, like other yogic practices, is about being more fully alive and well, and is a particularly helpful in the preparation for meditation.

From understanding the ancient Hatha Yoga Pradipika texts on a much deaper level then most commentaries reveal, we have integrated the Merkaba science inside the 8 types of Pranayama. This enables you to enforce your practise to a great extent, because the prana keeps on flowing automatically 24 hrs a day as a result of breathing cosmically and spinning specific geometrical shapes in specic Pranayamas.

This retreat will provide instruction and practice of Advanced Pranayama techniques that you can integrate into your current practice. We have choosen for a retreat of one week, because we expect we need to learn many new things to Yoga Teachers, which need good guidance. And probably remove old concepts which have been applied for years.
