Advantages Week Retreat
In this week retreat we have more time compared to your participation in 2 separate weekend workshops. Normaly a workshop takes 2.5 days. We utalize one day of the week retreat for practising the things you learn more intensively and one day for relaxing and pay a visit to the area. Besides being a spirirual guide we seem to be a tourist guide as well from time to time. The day off will be different deping on the season and the wishes of the group. It is not possible to attent only one of the two workshops of the retreat.

We organize the week retreats nearby Barcelona in our spiritual centre connected to our house. We offer meditation en sleeping accomodations. Our spiritual centre Flor de la Vida Dorada (The Golden Flower of Life) offers many facilities which bring comfort to your stay with us. The centre was opened on october the 1st 2005. Is is situated in a beautifull environment in the hills of Olivella. Flor de La Vida Dorada directions if you come by car)

The centre offers a big meditation room for groups up to 15 persons and a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath with hydromassage and 3 bedrooms for 4 persons. We also offer a swimming pool to cool down during the summer months.
Retreat Time Table
The retreats start on Monday morning and finish the next Saturday before lunch at 14.00 hrs. We give 4 sessions each day of 1.5 hrs. Depending on the season we have a different time schedules. In most cases we start at 6 or 7 in the morning. The last session is after a long break.
Booking of flights
We request you to book your flight from your nearby airport to Barcelona. You can try:

Also the airports of Girona (1.5 hrs from our centre) and Reus (1.0 hrs from our centre) are options you might consider. Please do not book a return flight on sunday late afternoon and in the evening, because of heavy traffic around Barcelona. The price of the tickets differ a lot during the year. Raynair tickets are the cheapest, however the departure times are quit often very early in the morning, which implies you need to book an extra hotel to stay the night before near the airport.
Airport Pick Up Service
We offer free service to get you from the airport to our spiritual centre. It takes about 35 minutes by car. In case you decide for practical reasons to choose Girona or Reus Airport we suggest to take the bus and train to Sitges. From Girona airport an excellent bus connnection is into place, which takes you from the Airport to rail station Sans in Barcelona, from which a train leaves for Sitges. We collect you from the train station in Sitges. In case you stay a few nights in Barcelona before the retreat an excellent bus connection is in place from Placa Cataluña to Sant Pier de Ribes - a small village 5 minutes from Olivella. We can pick you up from the bus station.
Sleeping Accomodation
We offer students the possibility to sleep in our centre. For this reasons we have created extra sleeping rooms. Normally you would spend 60 to 90 Euros depending on the season in nearby hotels.
Lunches, Diners en Consumptions
We also offer lunches and dinners. The lunches are in principal vegetarian, but in case you would lile to eat chicken or fish we can make an acception. Please indicate on the booking form the things you like and the things you do not like. We confirm to the habbits of Spain to move the supper to 13.30 hrs and 16.00 hrs and the lunch to 20.30 hrs. The lunch at night will be soop with bread or and frutes.
Retreat Prices
The price for the week rereat with two workshops is 666 Euros and 333 Euros additional costs for accomodation, breakfast, lunches and diners. We have tried to keep the costs for you as low as possible and they are far below the amounts you would normally spend in this part of Spain.
TOL Workshops: things to bring along
Please bring along for all workshops a brand new compas (with the ability to fix the legs: see foto below), A3 paper, colour pencils, meditation cushion, easy clothes and a happy mind.
Beaches near the centre
The beautiful beaches of Sitges are a short 10 minute drive away. There are 17 different beaches along the 4 km stretch. Beaches in front of the main town have sun, beds, umbrellas, showers, bars and pedallos available. The promenade that runs the length of the beaches and is popular summer evening strolls and is perfect for rollerblading or biking on its smooth surface Barcelona
Barcelona
One of the most popular European destinations, Barcelona is only 30 minutes away. Barcelona is Spain most cosmopolitan city and is best known for its Gaudi architecture, pulsating night life and avenues for strolling along. There is plenty of family fun, with an excellent aquarium, IMAX cinema and shopping malls Guidi's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona
Port Aventura
Only 45 minutes away is Port Aventura, the second biggest theme park in Europe. Set up by Universal Studios, it has one of the fastest roller coasters and rides for all ages Port Aventura
Garraf Nature Park
The Garaff Park is one of the best nature parks around Barcelona. The park has excellent walking or biking paths, and is a highlight for anyone interested in wildlife. A Tibetan Buddhist Monastery is located in the middle of the park
Golf
Some of the best European golf courses are easily accessible from the villa. The closest is Terramar Golf Club in Sitges
Sailing
There are 3 ports within 15 minutes of the Masia: Port Ginesta, Aiguadolc and Garraf. The ports themselves, especially Aiguadolc, are worth visiting to walk around in the evening with bars and fish restaurants serving delicious paella and the local fideo (noodles).
